Kad Poosri believes that lack of exercise and lack of sleep can really impact our stress levels. Working in a tiresome and stressful job, he witnessed first hand the poor work production from his fellow employees. He noticed that the lack of self maintenance affected many of the workers. Those that practiced proper stretching, exercise, sleeping, eating and even meditation would perform much better. Realizing that he had a calling to educate the public on the importance of strengthening and taking care of ones body, mind and soul, he felt that massage therapy was the modality that he could contribute to society. Having an incredible passion for bodywork therapy, Kad is doing just that, impacting his clients and their lives. Now having been a Practitioner for over two years, Kad has the experience and the education to help touch and improve lives through massage & bodywork therapy. An increasing number of research studies show massage reduces heart rate, lowers blood pressure, increases blood circulation and lymph flow, relaxes muscles, improves range of motion, and increases endorphins (enhancing medical treatment). Although therapeutic massage does not increase muscle strength, it can stimulate weak, inactive muscles and, thus, partially compensate for the lack of exercise and inactivity resulting from illness or injury. It also can hasten and lead to a more complete recovery from exercise or injury.
